Rebecca Beauman

Rebecca Beauman is a Virtual Assistant and the founder of Virtually Detailed. Before creating Virtually Detailed in 2000, Becky worked with a professional organizing firm located in Washington, DC. Working with clients organizing their offices and filing systems gave Becky her first insights into what a small business owner and entrepreneur really needed - help!

Building a company that offers to handle details for others has become a passion for both Becky and her clients. The ever-expanding services, staff and competencies of Virtually Detailed have grown along with client relationships and needs. The range of services now offered includes both print and web-based marketing materials, bookkeeping, scheduling, travel arrangements, manuscript preparation, and website design and maintenance. Becky specializes in serving small professional services companies and consulting firms. The majority of her clients are entrepreneurs themselves.

A graduate from the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing and a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association™, Becky brings a savvy business head and a strong commitment to customer service to her international client base. Whatever your company needs, she'll get it done in a timely, professional manner.

 

Elizabeth Harvey

Elizabeth Lee is a Virtual Assistant and an Image Consultant. Using her strong sense of fashion with her creative flair, she has built a long list of satisfied, well-dressed, clients. In addition to her more fashion forward efforts, Elizabeth also manages databases and does research for clients. She brings a strong attention to detail and a great ability to multi-task to all clients, providing them with timely, pleasing, customized results. Elizabeth is a graduate of Wesley College.

 

Theresa Hogan

Theresa is a Virtual Assistant, a stay-at-home mom and internet entrepreneur.  She has a background in Elementary Teaching, as both a classroom teacher, and as a Technology Integration Teacher.  This experience allows her to efficiently use many software programs and easily collaborate with (and teach!) clients of all skill levels.  Theresa earned both her BS in Psychology and her Master of Arts in Teaching from Towson University.  

 

Gretchen Karl

Gretchen Karl is a Virtual Assistant and a stay-at-home-mom. With a background as an educator, Gretchen brings a unique blend of precision and creativity to the Virtually Detailed team. She excels at listening to understand the message being communicated and clearly interpreting that message to others. Her years as an elementary school teacher make Gretchen the go-to-person for spelling and grammar (and patience!). Gretchen is a graduate of Towson University.

 

Ginger Marshall

Ginger Marshall is a Virtual Assistant and a certified massage therapist. Her intuition about people and situations make her an integral part of the Virtually Detailed team. A savvy wordsmith and clear communicator, Ginger excels at client relations and managing difficult situations. She (easily!) handles complex clerical, administrative and general office duties often of a responsible and confidential nature. Ginger is a graduate of Kenyon University.

 

Hannah Nielsen-Jones

Hannah Nielsen-Jones is a Virtual Assistant and a theatrical performer/director. Her passion for the theatre has developed her resourcefulness and creativity, allowing her to understand a project from the outset and get things done quickly and effectively (and on a budget!). Hannah has superior written and verbal communication skills and edits most of the documents that pass through Virtually Detailed. Hannah is a graduate of Wesleyan University.

 

Michele Noack

Michele Noack is a Virtual Assistant and self-employed consultant in the areas of training development and delivery, strategic analysis, threat assessment, health and fitness, and the performing arts. With a background in both federal law enforcement and professional dance, Michele provides a unique balance of practicality and creativity in her work. She is known for her strong communication skills, as well as her ability to work effectively on multiple priorities in rapidly changing environments. Michele is a graduate of The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
