Rebecca Beauman is a Virtual Assistant and founder of Virtually Detailed. Before creating Virtually Detailed in 2000, Becky worked with Paper Matters and more..., a Professional Organizing firm located in Washington, DC. Working with clients organizing their offices and filing systems gave Becky her first insights into what a small business owner and entrepreneur really needed - help!

Building a company that offered to handle details for others has become a passion for both Becky and her clients. The ever-expanding services, staff and competencies of Virtually Detailed have grown along with client relationships and needs. The range of services now offered includes both print and web-based marketing materials, bookkeeping, scheduling, travel arrangements, manuscript preparation, and website design and maintenance. Becky specializes in serving small professional services companies and consulting firms, the majority of her clients are entrepreneurs themselves.

A graduate from the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing and a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association™, Becky brings a savvy business head and a strong customer service orientation to her international client base. Whatever you need done, she'll make it happen.

Elizabeth Harvey

Elizabeth Harvey is a Virtual Assistant and founder of the Image Consulting Department of Virtually Detailed. A graduate of Wesley College, Elizabeth brings years of retail and customer service experience to the Virtually Detailed team.

Using her strong sense of fashion and colors with her creative flair, she has built a long list of satisfied, well-dressed, clients. In addition to her more fashion forward efforts, Elizabeth also manages databases and does research for clients. She brings a strong attention to detail and a great ability to multi-task to all clients, providing them with timely, pleasing, customized results.

An avid fashion magazine reader and an addict of the Style channel, Elizabeth always knows what's "in" this season, and shares it with her clients with grace and humor. In addition to her individual client work, Elizabeth gives seminars and teaches classes on "Building Your Wardrobe"and "Developing Your Own Personal Style," and she organizes and produces charity fashion events for local schools.
